Declines and Brake Test Ramps can be dangerously slippery. This is because standard degreasers use soap-based surfactants. When oil, (from contaminated tyres, oil leaks or hydraulic leaks) or water (washing / rain) is added to a surface cleaned with a soap-based degreaser the surface will become slippery. HTech is not soap based and will dry to a chalky finish. When oil or water is added to the surface, the surface will remain non-slippery.
